• Land Gata No. 47 (Area: 3.743 hectares)
• Land Gata No. 47/2 (Area: 3.747 hectares)
• Land Gata No. 62 (Area: 4.022 hectares)

The aforementioned land parcels are free from legal disputes and encroachments. Enclosed with this letter are the site map, Google coordinates, and photographs for your reference to assist in understanding the location and potential of the site.

The Department of Tourism envisions transforming these parcels into a vibrant eco-tourism project, ensuring minimal environmental impact and adherence to sustainable development principles.
